Problem Note 52443: A "%sysfunc" error occurs when you are using the SAS® Traditional Chinese edition

An error occurs when you submit the following code in SAS (Traditional Chinese) or SAS Unicode with Traditional Chinese locale:
%let rc=%sysfunc(ntlog(information, sas/intrnet xyz.)); run;
The error looks like this:
Error: An error occurred while executing function NTLOG referenced by the %SYSFUNC or %QSYSFUNC macro function.
